More Information 
Left Coast Live is a weeklong music experience that brings great regional and local live entertainment to downtown San Jose (May 11-15, 2009). Whether it is rock, jazz, hip hop, rockabilly or urban soul, Left Coast Live has something that will make you tap your toes and get you movin’.
Monday thru Thursday events are free and open to the public. These include free concerts and the “Sound of Things to Come” Speaker Series.
The festivities culminate in a Friday night concert featuring a main stage in downtown San Jose’s SOFA District (South of First Area) and 40 separate venues with 100 bands spread throughout downtown San Jose. Friday evening is $15 for an advanced purchase ticket and $20 at the door.
***PLEASE NOTE: The Main Stage festival event on May 15 is ALL AGES, but some other venues that night may be 21+. Updated information on the website will guide you to which venues may have an age limit!

•“Sound of Things to Come” Speaker Series: A forum to explore different aspects of music today from music history and industry trends to intimate artist discussions. (Monday thru Thursday)
