More Information

The month of February is about love and passion. Come to Music at the Mission as we explore the music of the world’s most sensual dance: the Argentinean Tango! Astor Piazzolla created a genre all his own, fusing aspects of classical music, jazz and the tango of his native Argentina. Come and experience his world as we explore his classical roots, culminating in a set of his Tangos and Milongas in their original quintet instrumentation!! And don't forget to stay for the champagne reception following the concert.
